• User must be over 18 years of age and live in the UK.
• Users must register to enter competitions.
• Unless stated otherwise , a user can enter up to 35% of the maximum entries per competitions or 50% of winning entries in Top draw Competitions. (whichever is less)
• For FREE competitions a user can enter up to 5% of the maximum entries per competition. (unless stated otherwise)
• WinMonkey operates 24 hours a day , 7 days a week. We will notify you if we need to do essential maintenance and take the site offline.
• All prizes are brand new and usually delivered within 7-14 days, but please allow 28 days for delivery. Please make sure your delivery address details are up to date. We only send prizes to the registered address on your account. We cannot provide a replacement if you have moved address and failed to update your account.
• Monkey Nuts are purchased via Credit or Debit cards.
• WinMonkey is 100% compliant with UK law and statuary regulations. All competitions are skill based and are NOT games of chance or gambling.

There are three ways to win – Equal Draw, Top Draw and Winner Takes. All competitions are fixed entry:

Equal draw competitions (part skill, part draw) Suitable for all player abilities

The entry to the prize draw will be dependent on you reaching a given score or in the case of a quiz answering questions correctly. All qualifying entrants will be entered into the draw. From the qualifying entrants a random number generator will pick the winner when the competition closes

Top Draw (more skill, less draw) Suitable for more confident players who are familiar with the skill games

Various games of skill can be played. Please see games list here. Before entering the players will be given the qualifing rules, ie a top 10 draw the top 10 scores will be entered in the draw. So if the maximum entries were a 100 only the top ten go through to the prize draw for the random number generator to pick the winner.

Winner Takes All (100% skill) Only for confident , skilled players who want to battle for first place
