If there is a fault our end, your entry cost will automatically be reimbursed within 5 minutes of the game problem. If this has not happened and you feel our service was at fault please fill out our support request form with the problem and we will respond within 24 hours.

How long does it take for a game to download?
Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, you may experience a delay in downloading the games. Please be patient, for each game does not begin scoring or timing your play, until the game is fully downloaded and you begin playing.
What technical requirements do I need to enter winmonkey.co.uk competitions?
To be able to play all games you need to have a PC computer with the following software: Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, Flash player and Shockwave player. You can use our "Test your computer" link in order to check that you meet our requirements. If you are unable to download Flash or Shockwave please go to www.adobe.com/downloads.
Do I meet your technical requirements?
To make sure that everything runs smoothly for you, please check that your computer fulfills the requirements to handle our games. WinMonkey requires Flash version 8 or higher to run.
Does your software support Macintosh?
Not at this time. Please note that our current gaming system requires the Microsoft Windows operating system in order for you to play games. We are looking to supporting Macintosh computers as well and will try to offer this as soon as possible.

Why is my account is blocked?
If your account is blocked this is probably because you have used the wrong login information. If the wrong login information is entered more than five times in a row, our system, for security reasons, puts a temporary block on your account.
