How do I cancel my WinMonkey.co.uk account?
If you'd like to permanently close your WinMonkey.co.uk account, please contact our support staff through the Contact function in our "Help" section. Before you close your account we advise you to spend your remaining Monkey Nuts as all Monkey Nuts are non refundable. You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been closed and that you have been removed from the mailing lists.
How do I check my balance?
Your account balance is always displayed at the top of the pages in the navigational header. This allows you to easily see how many monkey nuts you have remaining in your account. If you want a more detailed view of your account transactions you can click on "My account" to go to the account pages. Choose the "Account statement" to get a detailed view of your transaction history. Here you can see all the competition entry costs and prizes listed as well as any deposit or withdrawals you might have done.

In order to change your email address, you must do the following. Go to "My account" and from here you may change your email address by selecting "Change" email on the page.

You are free to change your password and email as you like, but you cannot change your username.

Can I have more than one account?
No. Each player may open only one player account, which must be individually used and funded. Multiple accounts created without our explicit consent will be immediately terminated, see our Terms and Conditions for more details on account termination. We reserve the right to terminate multiple accounts at our discretion should we feel that both accounts are being operated by a single individual or for any other violation of our Terms and Conditions. Any abuse of our multiple accounts or multiple use policy will result in the termination of all accounts and the permanent banning of each user from our site.

What is a player profile?
All players can amend and change their profile. You can also upload a picture
What is the friends list?
The friends list lets you to keep track of friends and other players. You can add any player to your friends list, which makes it easier when you want to send a message to them. The friends list also allows you to keep track of who has won and other facts about your friends. You can at any time remove anyone from the list.
What are messages?
As a member you get the option to send messages to any other members on the site. This allows you to communicate and get to know each other. You can find incoming messages in the "Community" section, and here you can also create your own messages. When you have a new unread message an icon will appear on the top navigation. Messages older than one month will be automatically deleted.
What do I do if I see abusive, offensive or illicit content?
Publishing abusive, offensive or illicit content on a profile page, forums or other parts of the web site is in violation of winmonkey.co.uk 's Terms and conditions. The content will immediately be removed and the offenders account may be closed down.
